Returns and Exchanges
If your purchase is faulty or broken, please inform us within 14 days of receiving your order. After 14 calendar days, all merchandises are not eligible for return or exchange. Email us: email@example.com
If you have received a item that has defects, please attach with your email multiple photos of the item in question.
We do not exchange items simply because you have ordered the wrong size. Items requiring sizing have size charts on the product page so please use your measurements when ordering.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept any item for return that is damaged due to:
- Staining (Food, makeup, bleach, marker/pen, sweat, dirt, etc.)
- Wear and tear (ripping, tearing)
- Scent (perfume, body odor)
Refunds (If Applicable)
We do not offer refunds without verification of a faulty item. Refunds is not valid on merchandise 14 days after parcel(s) delivered.
Once verified, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7 business days. If there is a refund due, a credit will be issued in the original form of payment.
The credit may not show up until your credit card’s next monthly billing cycle. You will be notified via email to the email address listed on your order when the transaction has taken place. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from us.
Shipping and handling costs are not refundable.
When you return or cancel an order and a gift voucher was used as full payment, your refund will be issued to you in gift vouchers (i.e. we will not refund money to you in these circumstances). There will be no monetary exchange for returned or cancelled orders made with gift vouchers.
The purchaser of the shipment will be the importer of record in the destination country and is responsible for all the relevant customs duties, taxes and fees thus we do not refund for these fees charged.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
